Britain will witness a spell of warm weather as the latest maps reveal the exact date when parts of the country will bask in glorious 19C. Latest maps from WXCharts suggest that the temperature levels will shoot to 19C days after the country survives a chaotic Polar blast.

WXCharts maps, which are compiled using Metdesk data, have turned yellow indicating warmer temperatures across the country.

The change in the weather conditions will come almost a week after the parts of the UK are hit with freezing temperatures.

Maps show that parts of Scotland could possibly witness some snow tomorrow (April 16) with temperature levels falling as low as -1C.

At present, the country is battling with wet and windy conditions with the Met Office saying that it is possible that parts of Nottinghamshire saw a short-lived tornado on Monday.

According to the maps, even the northernmost areas of the country could see temperature levels going as high as 11C on April 21.

Areas such as Wick, Inverness, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh could feel the hot weather as mercury will rise to 14-15C, maps suggest.

While cities in the southern part will see 18-19C on the same date.

The high temperatures will continue to stay till April 22 before it turns cold again, maps suggest.

The Met Office’s long-range forecast for the period between April 20 and 29 also hints about the dry weather – but forecasters rarely predict exact temperatures so far in advance.

The forecast reads: “Over the weekend and into the new week a build of high pressure will likely occur, meaning more in the way of dry and calm weather across the UK as a whole.

“Cloud cover is rather uncertain, as some cloudy and clear regions are expected, with the chance of frost and fog where the clearer conditions are to be found overnight.

“A few light showers or some light rain will still be possible at times, this will be more likely to affect peripheral regions of the country.

“Temperatures will overall be close to average, probably quite a muted daily cycle in cloudier areas. However, in clearer areas, some chilly nights are likely, but conversely it will feel fairly mild in any sunshine during the daytime.”

This Evening and Tonight:

Showers fading away across much of the country, but persisting across the Northern Isles and along North Sea coasts. Winds will also gradually ease tonight. Clear spells will develop, but remaining rather windy.

Tuesday:

Drier on Tuesday with sunny spells and scattered showers, these mostly in the north and west, but also across the south and east at first. Feeling chilly with blustery winds.

Outlook for Wednesday to Friday:

Mostly dry on Wednesday with rain in the northwest later. Rather cloudy on Thursday with light rain spreading south. Sunny spells on Friday. Winds easing as temperatures recover later.
